I dont think so. Hokage is just a title. He is and will be respected as the hero of the war and people will listen to him even if he's only a genin. I doubt anyone will ask him his "rank" after this war anyways! Plus, hokage's should be calm collected and intelligent the same as any good leader...

I was thinking the same thing! It's fine tho....characters in manga are cut in half all the time and somehow survive. No need to sew their intestines back together or use antiseptics.....just a couple of majic healing hands ought to do the trick! ;)
