Is it possible to store Jutsus in scrolls for later use, just like how tenten stores water, weapons, etc. For example, can a rasenshuriken or rasengan be stored in a scroll, then summoned when needed?

After kishi was asked for a sequel, he said he wanted to rest now. This means the series is over, but we also thought DBZ was over too. Now it's been brought back as DBS. So do you think that maybe kishi will bring the series back in later years?
