any element can be beat any other if used in the right way, personally i would say wind is the most destructive as it was compared to a virus attacking right down to the very nervous system, lightning causing great damage but i feel wind is still better

the kuubi has unlimited chakra and therefore i think when some of its chakra is taken away like in the case with minato i believe that it slowly returns, so i dont think minato will be coming back

yes guy can, he was shown using the summoning jutsu near the beginning and i think he choose to use taijutsu to prove to lee that u can be an excellent ninja with just taijutsu reinforcing lees ninja way :)

rock lee can only use taijutsu can only fight close range which makes him weak against long range fighters most of his strong techs are double edged techs (means they cause damage to himself aswell)

wat character did u want in generations that hasnt appeared personally i wanted drunken rock lee and was a bit dissapointed that he wasnt in it
