Yesterday's kill was almost certainly conducted by TSQ since his passive can dodge watcher/tracker, and the block happened from him getting jailed.

If he is a mafia doc he could technically shoot the same person he protected to cement his claim. But there's very little reason to do this before the watcher is out of the way
