Oh God when my site did that once there was a whole mess where we thought Gwen was a doublevoter and EoD was crazy. (Though it was mainly because the host wasn't getting around to doing a VC themselves)

Well, that was what I was getting at.

I'll have a look at Houtarou later. I still think that the EoD thing is indicative of Town, but it would be good to go through his ISO again to be sure.
