I understand where your analysis to group mafia comes from but keep in mind that Drago's first advance D1 was on Michelle and both have a very strong possibility of being on the same team. If both flip scum then they were clearly distancing. Also, she didn't hardly pursue any of those...

I was sure she was mafia up until last phase but I think her reaction to Drago being saved by Ino felt somewhat genuine. I don't want to give her a town read as of yet because everything could be a distancing mechanism but the only way I can reconcile her being an independent is if she's not new...
