I wonder if character claiming is even useful in this game. Obviously mechanically it's helpful but I don't think there is an anime about maids going on here. So I don't think we can guess if some maid character from whatever series from ratchet weird collection can be scum or not here.

20 games is def feasible, it just depends on the theme, game type, and the host as well. All the games I ever hosted were minimum 20 players.
