From boruto episode 27 preview u can see Hachiya performing a seven ninja swordsman jutsu. A jutsu this guy can make: I'm not sure if that's Hachiya but they have the same clothes so... I think that's pretty cool

Yagura's last name was never revealed in Naruto shippuden but in today's episode Iwabe said Yagura Karatachi . Karatachi is Kagura's last name also confirming both are related . I think Kagura is Yagura's grandson
