He doesn't have the stamina? you do know ever since he came to the battlefield he has been using nothing but MS techniques and that itself used a shitload of stamina/chakra

Sasuke got EMS after the Danzo fight which is far longer than naruto when he had KCM, then he just got BM like a few chapters ago now he got BM+SM way more than what sasuke have/had

tbh feats don't always mean things hiru and tobirama was hyped up alot but never backed it up but for me i say they about equal

i use to need hand signs but now you see sasuke and kakashi using it with no hand signs at all
