It depends upon you roll score. If your roll score 5 and Britannia has 6 then you won't take their land. But if you have 7 then you will. I am not sure how much land you will take tho.

It's the same as attacking neutral. The only difference is if your 'roll score' is higher than the one you're attacking them you take their land. If you have higher roll and 65 bonus then I think you will take 65 Ts from em But if your roll is less than you can't. I think so

You can't do both. As in you can't expand into neutral and attack player in the same turn

If you complete France you get +12. Since you also have 2 factories that makes a total of +14
