no way spirit training puts him above. vegeta was struggling hard af b4 he had knocked an amount of spirits out of moro. the big reason goku couldnt hang was becus he wouldn't have been able to maintain his form long enough. outside of UI, vegeta has been stronger than goku for a long time now imo.
