Well it depends, do you think Sakura was still pouring chakra into her seal during the Sasori fight? KGB Kakuzu brings a point that made me think that Sakura doesn't always pour chakra into her seal or else she'd be limiting her combat prowess even in dire situations like the Sasori fight.

That's only when the seal is released throughout her entire body. If the seal is there but the marks created by the chakra flow aren't on the body, than there isn't an increase in chakra flow.
