It depends on the way you draw the parallels.... You could say: Sasuke parallels with Kakashi for not understanding the importance of friends, while Naruto parallels with Obito regarding their care for their friends and determination to get them back. Even now, Obito hasn't given that up. He...

I'd recommend watching the anime pre-Shippuden, then pick up with the manga. Shippuden starts at Chapter 239. By then, the art gets a lot better.

Meh, I doubt all of that would happen in one chapter, but it's not improbable over a longer span...

I feel like it would have been pointless to bring back all the kages unless we heard all of them tell us ther stories about the village under their reigns. Only one time period of Konohagakure's existence won't help Sasuke. I think he wanted the full story.
