I think that lately Naruto has become a little bit OP because he is coming up with all these Rasengan Variants which just add to his resevoir of techs but we can only assume that because he is gaining these techs that his opponent Tobi will be that much more OP? IDK post your reasons BEELOW!

I know this is being debated a little but I want to know CAN or CANNOT Sasuke use Tsukiyomi? Personally I do not think so because we/I have never seen Sasuke use a Tsukiyomi on anyone...I agree he has used Genjutsu but not to the magnitude of Tsukiyomi What do you think?
