Okay, I was looking at the Character List that NB provides and..many characters are missing jutsus. I'm new, so maybe I'm missing something, but characters such as Ino, Neji, Tsunade and Itachi are missing important jutsus. Maybe the ones they are missing are Anime only? Although I doubt it...
