Even thought sakura was said to surpass her, i still see tsunade as the better ninja. Great medical ninjutsu and taijutsu with good strength and intelect. Mayne sakura has most of that too, but tsunade is just the better character in my eyes. More enjoyable.

I personally believe shikamaru><itachi. I believe Shikamaru is smarter towards the topic of battle strategies and such. And yes I think he's a better tactician that itachi. But itachi is manipulatively(not a word) intelligent as to where he can make things go out the way he always planned them...
