How many days does a persons First bio take to get approved??? my friends first bio go approved with 2 to 3 weeks..mine is 1 month old and still not yet approved?? how much days will it take?? anybody??

If obito had returned to konoha could he have been able to survive??? Like he lost him arms many times..and only because of the zetsu cells he was able to rebuild it again..if he had gotten back to konoha and had went through a very hard mission and lost his arm..he wouldn't have been able...
