We saw only Obito and Kakashi could use Kamui but not tsukuyomi,Amaterasu or susanoo but others can use tsukuyomi,Amaterasu and susanoo.The others also get eye problems like blinding so why dont obito and kakashi suffer from blinding.

Fourth Hokage is faster that we all know so why dont he use flying raijin jutsu and go to the battlefield and aid naruto
