We have yet to see Hashirama in action. Until Kishi shows us the battle between Hashirama and Madara and Minato facing an opponent other than Tobi we can only widely guess until we get more proof of their abilities.

Didn't Kishi include filler/movie characters when Kabuto used Edo tensei? Also, where are the Namikazes, Senjus, and Uzumakis? Are they wiped out? If so Kishi should explain what happened to them.

Sakura is good for Advance Med and physical destruction (i.e breaking the ground,trees, etc.) Hinata is good for average Med, scouting, keeping watch, and defence. In my opinion Hinata is more useful.
