No he can't and couldn't , it CLEARLY says that you need armaratsu in one eye and tsukuyomi in the other. I believe this was stated twice by BOTH Sauske and itachi.

It's not actually that crazy. Kabuto immobilized both itachi and Sauske with sound genjutsu and he made susano useless , kabuto is also extremely difficult to kill. Amaratsu will not kill him because of his body shedding ability, and genjutsu will not work. Madara will most likely have to resort...

Lol kakashi isn't kage level, if tsunade hadn't had woken up the leaf would've easily had the weakest kage, and kakshi. Is my favorite character. Gara is kage level he is one of the weakest of the five though...as for kakshi he doesn't. Even compare to the first 4 hokage
