Remember that threat Naruto made R'Kage when they first met if they killed Sasuke the Leaf will attack Cloud village. Who would win? I think logically the Cloud would dominate the leaf.

He is a genius, but in terms of speed? A is better. He just throws Kunai and they are like summoning Jutsu that are fast.

Like for instance Itachi and Sasuke's lineage got Susanoo and Amaterasu, whereas Madara and Izuna got different abilities.

1) Overpower the two main characters asap (Naruto/Sasuke, Goku/Vegeta). 2) Each time they are about to die, make sure they don't for Plot-no-Jutsu (Goku vs. Freiza, Naruto vs. Pein). 3) Rasengan =/= Kamehameha wave, lol. Kishi is ripping crap out of Akira.
