What is the worst Rookie 9 jutsu? (Team Neji is not included since they are a year older.) Mine is Shikamaru's shadow possestion jutsu. It is awesome in the hands of a genus like Shikamaru but few people could use it as effectively.

I doubt it. With the hachibi, madara would have a greater edge over the samuri and ninja. The nine tails would be difficult due to only half of it was sealed inside Naruto. Madara could get some incomplete, weaker jyuubi?:confused:
