All correct except the last paragraph: if you use water, it gets 15 Chakra more expensive, with a +30 damage boost. So all your water techs are stronger. Panthalassic Water, being sole water composed, also gets the boost. Water composed elements, like Wood, Ice, Storm, etc don't get the boost...
