I vaguely remember this. Along with other banned/restricted characters waaayyy back in the day.

Fair enough, but placing said ban on a specific bio (hiruko) only made me wonder if it was going to be released for others since hiruko has nothing to do with it.

I dont know what you mean about Hiruko in this context but Hiruko was placed on that list because his ability list wasnt something the RP allowed on a broad level at the time. Afterwards, it became more broken than what higher tier canon bios could allow in terms of ability diversity and needed to be reworked

I think as the power creep went up, those kinds of bios were more reasonable, but considering there eventually became a hard cap with the ceiling, its hard to decide on where to draw the line. plus also not just making up abilities for the sake of it.

The trouble with text only is you can't always get the tone of the comments across properly. Sometimes a joke to yourself might come across as serious to others
