You were allowed to create a CJ specifically for your CW tied to it right that doesnt count toward your CJ count?

All customs count towards some limit. You can't bypass it.

This wasn't the question. Please answer honestly if you know an answer without trying to mock them.

@Gutsy

It used to be that a CW could have a CJ tied to the weapon that didn't go towards your custom jutsu count. I am not sure if this has changed though.

and in there it specifically says:
  • You can make up to a max of three Custom Weapons, enough for one per bio slot, and come with one (1) Custom Weapon Jutsu slot.
exactly what i asked, the jutsu is tied to the weapon as weapon jutsu slot, not the basic jutsu slots.
