Coming From: Dainashi (175) Hei reaches the base of Mt. Imperium. It's legend does it just as he looks upward, the mountain reaching into the clouds. It's peak unable to be seen. Hei makes his way to snowpoint, a small settlement known for their ice fishing. With the winter being harsh and supplies in high demand. Hei hopes to strike a deal with the locals and establish a lookout for his clan. Upon entering the Snowpoint base camp the settlement appeared to be deserted. nothing but howling winds and falling snow. Hei walks to the largest building, noticing the only light coming from it's small windows. Upon Entering the building Hei see's several people staring back at him.
Hei: "Hello, my name his Hei from the Rising Cloud. I was looking for the person in charge of this outpost."
Chief Zen: I am Chief Zen, what brings you all the way out here stranger?
Hei looks upon the Chief, a frail old man. Looking around the others don't seem much better. Almost sick, and hungered. Hei would shake the hand of Zen and sit along side him.
Hei: I was hoping to establish a lookout here at Snowpoint. I couldn't help but noticed the outpost doesn't seem to be doing well. Is everything alright?
Chief Zen: Sadly no, We are short on supplies and I'm afraid out settlement won't last the winter. We have been cut off from Dainashi, we fear the worst. According to my Son, Sion. Someone had taken over Dainashi and collapse the crime syndicate their. While it wasn't an Idea arrangement, it was necessary for Snowpoint to maintain survival.
Sion: We've been rashening what little goods we have left. Many of our drills no longer have fuel to dig into the Ice to reach the rich fish beneath.
Hei: I'm deeply sorry for your troubles. I didn't realize this outpost relied on Dainashi. It was my organization that freed Dainashi from the crime syndicates. The city has seen vast improvement since we've arrived. It's economy has been booming. Law and Order has returned and the city has been growing. With your permission, I'd like to aid your settlement with trade.
Chief Zen: I will send my son Sion to Dainashi in order to confirm what you have said. In the mean time, you can prove yourself to use by helping get our Generator working again. Without it. We're forced to huddle together in this building for warmth.
Hei agrees to the terms and makes his way to the generator in the central hub. Using his Raiton, Hei would charge the generator with enough charge to last about 72 hours. Enough time for Sion to return. After doing so, Hei sends word back to Dainshi via raven to send supplies to the outpost. Sion will return to the outpost, along with a new team of builders and supplies. Together they spend the next few weeks repairing the town. The fishing operation begins again and a trade route is established between Dainshi and Snowpoint.
Chief Zen: I thank you Hei. Without your help we might have seen the end of the outpost. Now, it's future is brighter then ever. You and the Rising Cloud will always be welcome in Snowpoint.
Hei: Thank You Zen. I will send word and have a lookout established here at Snowpoint. With this we will also protect you and your people from any crime syndicates in the future.
Hei and Zen will then sign into a contract. establishing Snowpoint as part of the Rising Cloud.
Custom Storyboard Elements:
-Eliminate bandits stealing from your clan. (2) Summery: After discovering that the snowpoint outpost was overran by bandits that have been stealing from their supply lines. Hei leads a small group to rid the land of the bandits.
A blizzard hailed over the land. It's winds loud and strong, ripping through the mountain side and deep into it's crevasses as it caries vasts amounts of ice and snow along with it. The night dark and cold, a misstep along these cliffs could mean death. The land seemed desolate, the wildlife had long moved south to avoid the winter. Hei and his two Rising Cloud Guard, wrapped multiple layers of cloth hugged the mountain side, being sure to watch their footing. His Byakugan was able to make out slight details in the snow and shadows as he lead the way. The occasional sound of of chatter could be heard, carried along with the wind. It was almost haunting. Turning the peak of the mountain, Hei could pier through the blizzard and see the fortress that has been built over Snowpoint. The Bandits had completely taken over the outpost. The blizzard obscuring his ability to properly scout the area. Hei and co. moved down the mountain side into a nearby cave.
Nell: "This blizzard is insane, I haven't seen one this bad in years."
Hei: "We should wait hear until the winds calm"
Sara: "What about having the cover of the storm"
Hei: "It won't be much use to us unless we can use it to our advantage. Right now, we can't do that. Not yet."
The group would rest up from the long trek through the freezing mountain pass. Hei would keep close watch on the outpost, it would appear that the bandits only had a small force keeping watch, 8 lookouts divided up between the 4 towers. Another 9 split into squads of 3 patrolling the primitive. This seemed odd to Hei, with the current weather conditions, why would such measures be necessary?
Hei: "They have active lookouts, and multiple scouts patrolling."
Sara: "why would they waste the effort during a storm like this"
Nell: "Could they have been tipped off?"
Sara: "A spy? from within Danishi? no way.."
Hei: "Another group is approaching from the south."
A group of bandits, 30 strong would slowly approach from the south, the moment two of the scouts would notice them, they shoot a red flare into the sky. Suddenly a lot of movement came from within the outpost, 10 more bandits would come pouring out of a building and line the walls and the rest of the scouts returned to the outpost with speed. It was apparent that the two groups where not allies. Hei would retail the information back to his group as he watched the events unfold. A small group of woman, beaten and bruised. wearing nothing but thin cloth would walk out, caring wares and goods along with them, a type of offering to the other group. The group would accept the "offering".
Sara: "Scum, we need to do something."
Hei: "One thing at a time, calm down Sara."
Nell: "Lets just keep watch as see what transpires."
The foreign group would appear to be pleased, and is allowed entry into the outpost. They walk toward the back of the outpost to an empty building. The new group would begin eating and having their way with the offerings. It was hard to watch, but Hei knew they had to take care when dealing with these bandits. His small group was outnumbered. No doubt if they attacked blindly, the woman would become hostages and the chances of saving them would be thin. Hei would turn to Nell and Sara. together laying out a plan of attack. Hei would then set their plans into motion as he opens a slip through space, leading to one of the towers. Sara would leap through, landing between the group of lookouts and quickly using her silent homicide technique to dispatch them with ease. Again, Hei would do the same, opening links between tower two tower, allowing Sara to move swiftly through them, clearing the guard. Hei and Nell when then fallow suit, moving into the last tower with Sara.
Hei: "Alright, the lookouts are dead, nice work. The rest of the bandits are within the two main buildings."
Sara: "And what of the woman you seen."
Hei: "They're alive, other then that... you don't want to know."
Nell: "We need to drawl them out, away from them."
Hei and co would leap down, off the tower and back to the snow covered ground. The screams of he woman would echo through the outpost, as well as the laughter of the savages. Hei and co would quietly make their way to the first building, the one with the woman within. Sliding along the outer wall and remaining low to the ground, the group would lean on the wall, listening to the horror within as they move into position. Nell will then activate a Genjutsu, placing all within the building within it's illusion. Feathers would appear to fall around the room, causing all within to fall asleep. Then once this happens, the group moves in, using an array of techniques in order to accurately kill the sleeping bandits, while leaving the woman unharmed by their attacks. Kunai would rain down on the bodies, killing them in their sleep. By this time, the other building would notice something was wrong. The loud sounds that could be heard echoing through the howling winds of the blizzard could no longer be heard nor the laughter of their allies. Many would exit outside and head over in the direction of Hei and co.
Hei: "More are on their way to use. Sara, quickly move the woman to the back of the room, and keep them out of harms way. Nell, come with me to combat the rest of the bandits. Since the survivors can no longer be used as leverage against us, this mission no longer stealth, our only focus is to take them out."
Sara/Nell: "Sir!"
With the new plan of action, Hei and Nell will dash out of the front door. The bandits closing in from outside would be caught off guard. It was clear by their expressions. Hei would weave a quick handseal and release a powerful wave of water from his mouth, blasting and lifting the bandits upward, causing them to scream in shock and fear. As they do, Nell will release lightning into the water, electrocuting the bandits trapped within, silencing them. The screams would surly be heard by the rest of the outpost, promoting the remaining bandits to rush outside with their weapons in hand. Hei and Nell would then clash with the bandits, the sound of clashing steel muffled by the blizzard's might. Some bandits would move to attack the woman, as Sara clashes with them, in defense of the survivors. Hei would project his voice, causing it to echo around the battlefield. This parred with the current weather conditions causes the bandits to be distracted and unsure ware the attacks would come from. It would take time, but Hei and co would finish killing the remaining bandits.
Hei: "Nice work, we need to secure this outpost. Nell, head back to Dainashi and send reinforcements here, have them bring supplies to rebuild."
Nell: "I will, I'll also let the people know of this new outpost for those who want to resettle."
Nell will head back on Hei's orders while Hei and Sara see to the remaining survivors protection. They would be heart broken, feeling lost and the loss of their families is a wound that would never fade. Days would pass before Nell returns with a large group of people, rising cloud members, new families to fill the homes and even a couple traders to reestablish supply routes. Over the course of the next few days Hei would see to it the outpost is built stronger then before. The winter would be harsh, but the rising cloud would be stronger for it. With his mission complete, Hei will return to Dainashi.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to a 3 Tomoe Sharingan). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.

Similar to Kamui, Yomotsu Hirasaka allows the user to utilise these spacial tears to retreat, disorient enemies, ambush attacks, among many other possible tactics. These portals can be used to transport only sections of the user by partially entering them, and they can utilise this method to drag their opponents to another location.

The man showed up on the other side of the sparkling fire. But still keeping his distance for whatever reason. Alucard's Tenseigan would light up and the cross color from its cyan glowing light and the flames would make it look deep purple for anyone standing behind the fire. The man spoke, as Alucard would make some clues on who the guy was. He had seen him before, not that long ago.
Greetings. Arthur, right? Hm, i am investigating rumors that had been given me from some scouts about a holy ritual that was taken place far up in the lightning mountains during this season of darkness and ice. With the ongoing hostilities, i can't leave this part of the world alone in the case of an unholy ritual. Maybe i am biased and it is nothing special but i can't be too careful. My scouting has not yet been concluded for this landmark, but i've never been here before either so i if you want to tag along be my guest. I could use the company now that..
