What's in the scroll? The scroll of sealing from episode 1 of the naruto series. Orochimaru stole it and jugo found his hide-out and took the scroll and gave it later to Sasuke. That scroll could destroy Konoha(told in episode 1) and Sasuke said this scroll could change te war.
