Who is Tobi?
Let me explain...
Tobi says: Kakashi.. You always open your mouth so easily and he said to Guy: You don't remember faces, so what point is there in telling you?
My conclusion is that Tobi have seen both of them. (kakashi and guy).
My opinion is that tobi is the hidden leaf guy at episode 248 on 11:50.
They both have seen him and does that guy (maybe kagami) got the sharingan? He worked together with that masked man that attacked the hidden leaf village. I think the masked man that attacked minato died soon after.. Kagami took his mask to become a legacy. They were 2 different persons.
When we saw Kagami as child he said to Tobirama:
Kagami: That won't work. Someone will have to lure them away. He already thought that tobirama would sacrifice himself and after tobirama died he took his DNA. So he would be able to use the body flicker technique and maybe a ressurection jutsu because the masked man said when kabuto revived madara: 'I should be the one that should ressurect him'. He got the DNA of the second hokage just like danzo had from the first hokage.
Other thing i want to tell is when Tobirama gave a speech to his squad he said: Danzo, Saru.... (not sarutobi) so 'tobi' is missing. Danzo was sitting on the left and next to him was Saru.. but the person next to Hiruzen was Kagami Uchiha. Thats the reason he called himself Tobi because kagami is 'No One'. Thats what Tobi said in the manga/anime.
He is assumed to have died at some later point. (assumed)
