I think she can but it'll take up a whole lot of Chakra and greatly shorten the time period of the Jutsu

I zoomed through the Manga and caught up with the latest issue. Itachi has explained the things he has done in the past and did not meant for Sasuke to become the person he is now. Itachi values Konohagakure while Sasuke wants to destroy it even more after this.

I know, but still, the example of Sakura throwing Chiyo's Lion-headed Kannon isn't.

I'm pretty sure he did, but I mentioned earlier that Sakura was able to lift a heavy boulder (in Part I) and fire it at a giant bird with pretty good aim (though the bird dodged it). I don't think a 12-13 year old girl that has a similar body frame as Sakura (in Part 1) wouldn't be able to do that
