The Strength of a Hundred technique allows Tsunade to automatically recover any wound sustained if the technique is in effect.
Creation Rebirth will heal all wounds but only happens one time (I think, not too sure if it's just once).
Is the Strength of a Hundred Technique at a higher level...
Sakura Haruno's Cherry Blossom Impact (super strength) vs Naruto's normal Rasengan (no boosts, no rasenshuriken, just the good ol' standard).
Which attack would deal more damage if, lets say, each respective user directs it towards flat ground?
The Strength of a Hundred Technique is a technique that heals wounds as soon as they are inflicted as long as the Jutsu remains intact.

I zoomed through the Manga and caught up with the latest issue. Itachi has explained the things he has done in the past and did not meant for Sasuke to become the person he is now. Itachi values Konohagakure while Sasuke wants to destroy it even more after this.
I'm pretty sure he did, but I mentioned earlier that Sakura was able to lift a heavy boulder (in Part I) and fire it at a giant bird with pretty good aim (though the bird dodged it).
I don't think a 12-13 year old girl that has a similar body frame as Sakura (in Part 1) wouldn't be able to do that
