Everyone asking why obito waited. Could it not be that he knew / sense madaras will within himself and waited for madara to try and use it, sp he could remove it before becoming the jinchuuriki, to avoid the chance of madara trying to control him once he had already become the jinchuuriki...

On the *********** translation the technique is called "hermit law wood style", its not explicitly a SAGE MODE, but its safe to say that there was some enhancement to his body. Likewise i thought it resembled a hybrid between sage mode and tsunades forehead jutsu..

1) Obito said they wouldn't use point blank range bijuudama as it would kill him (unable to use rinne tensei) so we don't know if he'll be able to phase through it. 2) Naruto and Kurama are in sync now, we know perfect jinchuriki have a defense against genjutsu.

What's similar? 1 person travels through space and time to a different location. Keeping all their chakra except for the chakra spent using the jutsu. Space Time. 1 Person splits himself in 2 to be in 2 places at once. Perfectly splitting their chakra. Simple CLone jutsu. I don't see the...

I can't wait to see more about him, i hope kishi does a filler sequence / mini arc about the sage and his lifetime. I think it would be EPIC.

I hope he doesn't physically come back. That would be too haxx. But I hope he comes back spiritually, egging naruto on, restoring chakra maybe, helping apply the torii seal to the real world, rather than inside naruto..

Be epic if he came back, but never came back. I.e. just showed himself to naruto and Kurama, gave him a bit of advice, a bit of history (few flashbacks) and then naruto merked shit up.

I don't think he'll be edo-tensei'd perse. But I think his second coming is Naruto. And no I don't mean "Naruto will become SO6P" I just think that he's already been compared to sage sensei by Kurama, and Kurama also thinks that He's the one to lead them down the right path.. No doubt about it...
