I'd say this next chapter would be good. 611 ended with the allied shinobi forces coming to back up naruto and team; and would be a good point to switch to sasuke to build up anticipation.

Overall he isn't, but these last few chapters he's been a little disappointing..just a little though :)

Sasuke has susanoo. In order to have susanoo you need both amaterasu and tsukyomi

He probably enjoys summoning meteors and using susano'o more. Tho his fire techniques are ridiculously strong
