Good comments so far. But does anyone know Madara's reason for attacking Konoha long ago and soloing the allied shinobi force when being revived?

I started rewatching the war arc and reading the war arc manga because with all these fillers, I can't remember anything about it. So look at Madara, I can't tell if he is good or evil. Madara did wipe out most of the Allied Shinobi Force when he was first revived. There was no need to do that...
