This is only a quick guess so i could be wrong but Increase Expensive Offensive Stinks but Stinks doesn't feel right.

I wouldn't go that far... Especially with Shikamaru on the scene.

I would say as he has grown up alone he is streetwise rather than smartwise and i think some of his battle strategies show this. If he got his temper under control and used strategies more often he would be legend!
