I'm going with Elite Jounin myself but mainly due to his Kekkei Genkai. Sure his taijutsu skill was nice and his speed was decent but neither is enough to make him anything more than a low Jounin. With his bone defense and Curse Marks though, I think it elevates him to Elite Jounin. Your thoughts?

I have restarted Naruto all the way from the begining and just finished the preliminary fights and by feats and hype, Neji, Gaara and Rock Lee did the best. Rank in order your top 5 during the Chunnin exam prelims by feats and hype. I got, this was tough: Gaara Rock Lee Neji Temari Sasuke

The original fights were as follows: Chouji vs Jiroubo Neji vs Kidoumaru Kiba vs Sakon/Ukon Shikamaru vs Tayuya. How would you rearrange the teams so that one side had the best matchups? How about the other?
