How can Shika be above Sasuke and Obito and Pain?????And how can Shika be on the list and Kakashi,Deidara,Kakuzu,Hidan,Mei,Ay,Bee,Onooki and so many others that I can't remember be excluded??Shikamaru is smart,brilliant but he hasn't power and techniques to deliver finals blows etc,etc...It was stated in the manga many times...

To be honest Edo Madara shouldn't even count. Why? because Edo Madara needs someone to summon him to become "Edo" because he can't just exist as an "Edo" from the beginning.

Obito should be nr. 2 (almost impossible to beat his Kamui)
Kabuto should be nr. 1 (Edo army)
Itachi, Kisame, Hiruzen are too high
Nagato should be higher
Shikamaru should not be on there :|

Since it isn't in order, all I have to say is that A isn't Top 10, neither is Kakashi.

I don't know... A could take out Taka before Sasuke got EMS low difficulty. And Kakashi with his Kamui.. But you're probably right, SM Jiraiya should have replaced Kakashi.

Still Kakashi and A aren't in top 10.

Reasons? Maybe not Kakashi but A, come on! He could solo Taka before EMS Sasuke and you could probably through Orochimaru in there and A will still take it medium difficulty and this is a Orochomaru fanboy saying that :/

A could only beat Sasuke when he had his Ribcage Susanoo, after Sasuke's Susanoo evolved, A lost all the chance he had of beating Sasuke again as he can't get through his Incomplete/Complete/Final Susanoos.

In place of those two, Muu and maybe Bee should come in.
