Damn near perfect. If we get to see more from Sasuke and hear more of Tobirama, then they should be on there instead of Onoki and Minato.

I wasn't going to..but being that naruto can beat Nagato, and Nagato can beat hashi..the conflict was too strong so i removed the bijuu to make it even.

Look at the sideline, Nagato and Itachi are considered the strongest shinobi in Kabuto's edo army. Although this deosnt mean Itachi wins 1v1 vs Muu (even if i think he would), but this just means overall, Itachi is a more powerfull ninja.

And i would put Minato higher too, right under or at Itachi's place... these two are too epic in my book that Id put them in the same spot.

So my list would look like this
