If i never said MAYBE im saying it now because its a hypothertical situation

For starters he was edo so he was able to extend the mists radius and desity to whatever he desired

So youre saying Zabuza used up all his chakra when he has a 4/5 in databook for chakra and had to use more chakra to make his mist that big? Hidden Mist Jutsu is a D-rank move... it doesnt take that much chakra at all, that was his average sized mist, compare that mist to the 0 visibility mist in Zabuza's and Kakashi's second battle, you wont be able to tell the difference.
