It seems many of us were asking the wrong questions, it's not a question about where Sasuke is going, but When, This is all a theory, but it just dawned to me that Orochimaru's Scroll is actually a time travel jutsu
Chapter 574, P7
Suigetsu says "Orochimaru even considered something like this?!" If it was a way to unseal the Reaper Death Seal then Suigetsu would not have questioned why Orochimaru would even consider using it, since Suigetsu perfectly knows that Orochimaru's arms are sealed within the Shiki Fuujin, it's only natural that Oro would find a way to unseal his arms.
From Suigetsu's words : " "Orochimaru even considered something like this?!" we can conclude that the scroll has a technique so outlandish, so out of the ordinary (even in the standards of jutsu-using ninjas) that it evoked such a response from Suigetsu.
Let us proceed to this:
Sasuke says "this is it... the one who knows everything"
Then in the next chapter, Suigetsu said this:
Suigetsu was clearly baffled who Sasuke would want to meet, if the scroll has the ability to break the RDS and unseal the Hokages, then Suigetsu would have an idea of whom Sasuke was referring to (The Hokages inside the Reaper's Belly) yet Suigetsu was completely confused on why Sasuke would wan to meet with this certain someone or people. It could only mean that there is no direct mention of any specific person in the scroll. If it is Edo Tensei, then Suigetsu would at least have an idea that Sasuke wanted to speak with dead shinobi or his relatives. Meaning there is no direct correlation between the scroll and summoning/reviving people.
When Orochimaru was revived:
Orochimaru asks "Why do you want to meet them for" now I like to point out again that it's improbable that it's the Hokages, given Orochimaru's reluctance and doubts why Sasuke wants to meet "them" if it was the power to break Shiki Fuujin, then Orochimaru would not have deterred or questioned Sasuke in using it, since he would also benefit from unsealing RDS by getting his arms back.
In the same page Sasuke was thinking about Itachi, and Itachi's exact words are:
"You probably would have been able to change our father and mother... in the Uchiha Clan"
Itachi's words "you probably would have" denotes a possibility of Sasuke changing his parents and the Uchiha clan if Sasuke was given the opportunity to go back in time, surreal as it may seem, Suigetsu suddenly hands Sasuke a scroll that enables him to travel back in the past.
Orochimaru then says "You don't need to know all that, you're still a child" Oro is discouraging Sasuke again from talking to "them" because he's just a kid, mirroring Itachi's words in.
"You didn't know anything about what was happening at that time, you did not know anything about the Uchiha Clan's foolish idea, you were just a kid..."
Then we switch back to 593 p11
Sasuke says: "I am no longer a child, I can't be one anymore"
"what was the beginning?"
These are clear references to events in the past. The scroll could facilitate a way for him to return to the past and see everything that happened during the massacre. Now I'm not endorsing that Sasuke will be able to alter the past, what I am saying is that the scroll contains a way to view the past as a neutral watcher. This would resolve all the questions of whom Sasuke wants to meet, because most of the current holes on various theories are "this person is dead, or that person is sealed, that person is missing, etc." because Sasuke was able to time travel then he will be able to meet everyone and see the truth unfold before him.
