He still had to learn those techniques. It's not as if it was easy to achieve it as it is when you already have a bloodline limit. He observes BijuuDama, and started to create his Rasengan just by seeing it. He used the Shishou fuin to create his Hakke fuin. He used Uzumaki sealing techniques to create his FTG. Alll his most powerful moves, he created it. It didn't come out of nowhere
