She has no way to harm Pain because of their shared visions, her taijutsu skills are laughable, she's not even going to land a hit on one of them. She couldn't take on Deva Path alone, how is she going to take on 6 of them?

Chibaku Tensei doesn't need to kill Tsunade, it just needs to keep her trapped.
Eventually, her regenerating span will come to an end, then she does die.

Not to mention, if the Human Path touches her, he'll just rip her soul out.
The Human Path can attempt it repeatedly until the Naraka Path loses.

The Asura Path alone would likely keep Tsunade under pressure.
She'd be forced to use the Byakugō no Jutsu, it'd eventually run out.
