On the contrary, I think Tsunade is very strong. I've never stated otherwise.

Simply adding more chakra takes time, she can't afford for it to take more than a second or two.
Even then, there's also nothing stopping Pein from attacking the summoning and dividing it.

I still want to see sources for the 24 hours you mention. If you can't, leave it alone.

Your assuming she'd use that right away when she'd probably attempt brute strength first. Even then, that's just one thing.
Pein has enough variety and power to defeat her. The more damage she takes, the more chakra she ends up burning.
Her regeneration relies on her chakra and Pein can easily damage her repeatedly. It'd burn up fairly fast.

Given that the Paths have linked vision, she's not going to have a fun time using Taijutsu.

I was talking about 1vs 1 fights. And in 1vs 1 she can beat Asura, Naraka, Animal, Preta and Human.
But obviously she can't beat the Deva Path.
