Photshop problem

whenever i are gonna make a sig, i cut the render out and places it in the sig, but when im gonna scale it down it get nasty and the quality drop to zero. annyway to stop this? or do i just have to deal with it

Just like with any picture,paint,word etc if you hold ctrl down when you make it smaller from the corner it makes the proportions of everything smaller,this may help?Otherwise enlarge the picture and pick a specific part and cut to size

The redners quality gets worse cuz u change the size with the free transformation,better try to resize it on a different document,cuz the transformation worsen the quality

u must b havin a low quality render..
usually when u resize a small pic, the quality drops

Use Free Transform, while using the transformation, press Shift, that will help you avoid compression of the render, as well as the quality of render remains
