according to your first description the first thing you did after appearing behind me was form chidori nagashi then try to punch me, in that case you would have been chopped in half. now maybe you saw may hand signs and knew I was about to attack so you slashed your fire sword at me instead. now since the fire on your blade is not chakra controlled or "shot" liek afire ball at me it just means that its a flaming tooth. think of a candle on your birthday cake. what happens when you try to blow it out? the flame doesnt come towards you, it blows away from you, and that is with a "gust" of wind. this is a concentrated wind blade It would continue through the fire, blowing it on you, go around the sword because of the intangibility of wind and slice you in half.

now lets say you somehow managed to block/avoid that. my water laser is a narrow, high speed, stream, whcih means that it has very little surface area that would be effected by the wind. and based on its high speed and our close distance, it would have hit you long before the wind could cause any major effects on it.

I'll get the other testers to judge and if they say to continue then we will, but in my opinion you are dead in three different ways.

Sucks it had to end like that. go to leafninja.com and look at the ninjutsu list. it will help you understand and picture the jutsu better. Always conceal yourself when using body flicker, if you hadn't had a flaming sword giving away your position, you would probably have had me in a bad place.
