I never understood why Nagatos Edo counterpart lacked in mobility as he no longer has burnt feet.

Was he overall just an immobile person? Or did I miss something

Plot no jutsu.

If nagato was in perfect health naruto and bee would be in kabuto's hands right now.

Good point...could be that due to the deteriorated body he was like that....Edo bodies are just brought back how they were just before death so that could mean he had to deal with the same physical problems.

Despite his legs being healed he couldn't use them very well due to the fact that he was immobile for so long. It's like if someone who severely broke a leg never went for physical therapy.

Yea I guess his edo part still had "burnt feet" as that was nagatos prime.

Itachi even had to help him walk

Then itachi should of been brought back completely blind and frail, Look at the state he died in, Then look at his edo state.

Edo retains all the physical characteristics of the person when he was alive.
Nagato's legs were burned by Hanzo's explosive tags in their battle which left him crippled.
So, its no wonder he mobility is impaired as an edo...

after rejuvenation, he lack mobility because he spent all his life on a machine.
when you dont walk for a year alone, then dont expect to high speed jump/movement

I see, I was under the impression they were without injuries or scars (as it is just a soul and abilities)
But leaving their injuries intact makes sense now

If this was the case then Edo Itachi shouldn't of been in such good shape.

At his point of death, His physical condition was weak, His Eyes lost their light/sight, Yet he was brought back like He never had an illness in life/He never over used Ms and wen't blind.

I don't think that it was because his legs were messed up from Hanzo. I'm pretty sure it was from the gedo mazou sticking those huge rods in his back, draining all of his chakra and a lot of his life force, which made him weaker, and made him age anywhere from 15-30 years. #botox. If your looking for the chapter, it was when yahiko died and Nagato used that huge spirit dragon thingy that came from the mouth of the gedo mazou

itachi never died blind? never saw it in the manga. He died sick though. Because if he died blind, wouldnt sasuke EMS be useless?

Look at his Eyes in his final moments, His sharingan had completely lost it's "design". Plus Itachi said "This feels like Oro's chakra" or something along those lines.
He didn't see Oro, he just felt his chakra's.

Combining two Ms's (blind or not) Will give the person a new eternal light. The state of the eyes your taking doesn't seem to matter.

No it makes sense if Edo keeps the injuries, not the sicknesses
Itachi didnt have injuries on his eyes and such

Im pretty sure it was burnt feet that caused his immobility but the gedo mazou sticking rods sure did add to it
Is when he was immobile perminately after that fight.

Kabuto gave him the command to move, His actual body failed to move in time.

This..... People are soo stupid. Honest? Because his legs were crippled from the fire.... He was fighting standing up even after that happened. And when he was brought back as edo, after draining bee's chakra, he was able to walk again. It's because of the gedo statue. Look at his physical features before and after he was stabbed by the black rods. It not only drained his chakra, but his physical abilities. That is why he had to use "the six paths of pain" to do his biddings because he no longer some physical abilities such as muscle mass and walking. He is no longer hooked up to the gedo statue and when receiving chakra from bee, it gave back his physical strength.
