Itachi has good senses, He had been going blind for year and most likely grew accustomed to being blind. Him not being able to see a Huge snake right infront of him kinda proves my point.
The fact he had to "feel oro's chakra" instead of using his Eyes to just see whats infront of him.

Nagato was sensing an upcoming attack, Plus nagato is a sensor.
Oro has already used this tech so Itachi Feeling his chakra wasn't even needed since they're was a snake the size of his susanoo right infront of him

Nagato can sense when itachi is going to use Amaterasu, because he can sense the change in air pressure...at this point he did sense the pressure but was being fully controlled by kabuto. Even if Nagato felt the pressure that dosen't mean that Kabuto felt it also.​

The bold is false, Kabuto felt the Pressure. He could feel anything he's Edo's feel..even their thoughts and memories (Haku and Zabuza)...He said "Just as i feared, You lacked mobility"

In every sense of the word it could only mean that Edo Nagato failed to move in time, after he gave the command. Kabuto isn't that stupid to blame his own edo for being immobile, perfectly knowing that he was the cause.
