We all know that all of the akatsuki members were very powerful S-ranked criminals and made even more powerful in pairs.
Many people think that each member was trolled in their own ways, but were their deaths really trolling, or was it legitimate?
Lets take a look at each member who died.
1)Sasori
Sasori was a ninja who was capable of taking over an entire village with his 100 puppet technique, and even defeated the third Kazekage. So why was it that he lost against only two people? Lets break down his advantages of his fighting style:
2)Deidara
Deidara was deadly long range bomber who made clever use of his detonation clay to strike his foes unexpectedly or to outright bombard them with a flurry of powerful explosions.
So, why did he lose against Sasuke?
Lets look at his fighting style and their advantages:
3)Hidan
Hidan has an immortal body, being able to withstand and survive any woulds inflicted against him. He was teamed up with Kakuzu to make the Immortal Duo.
Now, Hidan doesnt have much in the way of ninjutsus other than his curse jutsu, though his taijutsu and his ability to use his three pronged scythe was considered to be formidable. Why did he lose to Shikamaru of all people?
Now about his method of fighting:
4)Kakuzu
Kakuzu was a very old and experienced, yet powerful ninja whose only real goal in life was to get as much money as possible. He was paired up with Hidan because they were both considered to be practically immortal due their techniques
Why did Kakuzu lose to the Konoha Shinobi?
This is his method of fighting:
5)Itachi
6)Nagato
(note that this is the fight between the Leaf and the 6POP, not Itachi vs Nagato since that battle is about as controversial as the Itachi vs Sasuke fight)
Nagato was able to use all of the abilities of the Rinnegan and split them up between the 6 Paths of Pain and had also never lost fight before.
Why is it that his battle with the leaf ends in failure?
Now lets see his fighting style:
Plz no flaming.
PS. I know Konan and Kisame are not on here. I will go into discussion if you guys want to though.

1)Sasori
Sasori was a ninja who was capable of taking over an entire village with his 100 puppet technique, and even defeated the third Kazekage. So why was it that he lost against only two people? Lets break down his advantages of his fighting style:
First off, Hiruko was his first layer of defense. One could not attempt to hurt Sasori if they did not first break his first layer of defense.
Sasori was known to use poison within the traps of his puppets which was considered so deadly that even one scratch was enough to kill anyone.
Sasori also happens to fight using many puppets all at once to overwhelm his enemies.
Sasori can use the third hokages KKG to manipulate iron sand techniques similar to garras sand which is consdered to be very fast and, powerful, and laced with poison.
In the end, Ssaori was defeated when his his core was struck by Granny Chiyo using the puppets that Sasori himself modeled after his parents. Though he could have dodged it, he chose to stay and die in his puppet-parent's embrace.
So can we say that Sasori's death was a troll?
Sakura was trained to use a strength-enhancing technique that could almost rival her sensei's legendary strength. This coupled with Granny chiyos support was what allowed them to overcome this obstacle and was one part of them being able to defeat Sasori.
Sasori was known to use poison within the traps of his puppets which was considered so deadly that even one scratch was enough to kill anyone.
Now, Sakura is a very good medic-nin trained in the art by the greatest medic ninja to ever live, Tsunade, herself. She is also well versed in the extraction of poison and creating antidotes for them, which she had done so with Sasori's poison prior to fighting him when Kankuro was poisoned himself.
Sasori also happens to fight using many puppets all at once to overwhelm his enemies.
Sakura as a medic-nin was trained in the art of evasion, so that she could avoid being hurt while at the same time was able to use her massive strength offensively in collaboration with Granny Chiyo's experience and abilities with using multiple puppets at once. Sakura was also able to use her keen observation skills to analyze how sasoris puppets reacted in accordance to how Sasori moved his fingers, giving her an added advantage in fighting against the many puppets.
Sasori can use the third hokages KKG to manipulate iron sand techniques similar to garras sand which is consdered to be very fast and, powerful, and laced with poison.
As mentioned before, Sakuras ability to evade attacks as a medic-nin helped her here along with Granny Chiyo's added support from the chakra threads.
In the end, Ssaori was defeated when his his core was struck by Granny Chiyo using the puppets that Sasori himself modeled after his parents. Though he could have dodged it, he chose to stay and die in his puppet-parent's embrace.
So can we say that Sasori's death was a troll?
In this case, it might be, but not so much as people are exaggerating it to be and it is only because Sasori could have dodged the last, fatal blow and could have fought a bit longer, though he chose defeat. These two were the perfect counter for him since they not only had an antidote for his poison, but knowledge on his abilities and fighting style thanks to the superior experience of Sasori's own grandmother, Granny Chiyo, and their ability to fight multiple opponents/puppets with a combination of multiple puppets and evasion skills.
So all-in-all a combo of preparation, intel, and the duo being a bad match-up for him
So all-in-all a combo of preparation, intel, and the duo being a bad match-up for him
2)Deidara
Deidara was deadly long range bomber who made clever use of his detonation clay to strike his foes unexpectedly or to outright bombard them with a flurry of powerful explosions.
So, why did he lose against Sasuke?
Lets look at his fighting style and their advantages:
Deidara uses earth-type detonation clay to attack his opponents from a distance.
Deidara usually stays in the air on a bird to attack his opponents.
Deidara also happens to have special types of bombs such as C4 to attack sasuke with
Deidaras left eye is trained specifically to nullify sharingan genjutsu.
Finally, Deidaras suicide move C0 is capable of destroying anything within a 10km radius.
Now, in the end was this a legitimate win or was it a troll?
Sasuke's natural affinity is lightning, an element superior to earth, which he has plenty of techniques that he can use to diffuse deidaras bombs. He also had several mid-long range jutsus in his arsenal so that he could also attack from a distance.
Deidara usually stays in the air on a bird to attack his opponents.
Sasuke at the time had CM, which gave him limited flight capabilities so that he could reach Deidara.
Deidara also happens to have special types of bombs such as C4 to attack sasuke with
Sasuke has the sharingan, which allows him to see chakra as color. He can determine whether Deidara is trying to fool him and cleverly hide bombs from him.
Deidaras left eye is trained specifically to nullify sharingan genjutsu.
It's only his left eye, and it must be uncovered in order for it to work.
Finally, Deidaras suicide move C0 is capable of destroying anything within a 10km radius.
Sasuke is capable of summoning snakes to use to fight for him, like he did when he summoned the boss summon Manda to take the blow for him.
Now, in the end was this a legitimate win or was it a troll?
In this case, it was a troll since Sasuke should have run out of chakra at the same time Deidara did, yet he was able to summon a boss summon to take his place and protect him. Otherwise, it would have ended a tie, even though Sasuke had the elemental advantage, intel from his sharingan perception, and overall greater cunning which he used against Deidara several times.
Hidan usually teams up with Kakuzu to take down his opponents by locking them in a taijutsu battle and allowing Kakuzu to attack them both, taking advantage of Hidan's immortality. In his fight with shikamaru, he didnt have Kakuzu to rely on, so he needed to use his curse jutsu to kill his opponents, which allows him to link their physical bodies when he ingests his opponents blood.
Hidan has much better taijutsu and can usually attack his opponent without much fear of being mortally wounded
Overall, was Hidan trolled in this fight?
Shikamaru is a genius and was able to fool Hidan into thinking that Hidan had obtained some of his blood when it was really a sample of Kakuzus from a previous fight.
Hidan has much better taijutsu and can usually attack his opponent without much fear of being mortally wounded
Shikamaru used his incredible genius to manipulate his shadows and his sensei's weaponry to keep Hidan on his toes so that he wouldnt be caught in his jutsu
Overall, was Hidan trolled in this fight?
This is a clear no and the end result was a legitimate win for Shikamaru, since he had preparation, knowledge from his previous fight with him, locational advantage, and overall greater cunning than his opponent, who underestimated him for being considered weak. Had Hidan been more serious and more observant, he wouldn't have lost to Shikamaru so easily and maybe have won eventually, but Shikamaru is still greatly known for his ability to manipulate his opponents into believing whatever he wants them to.
Kakuzu is capable of using all elements provided he has a heart that has the specific affinity. With them, he can use very powerful wide scale elemental jutsus to overwhelm his opponents and can even combine them to make them even more devastating. (His main affinity being Earth)
Kakuzus hearts could separate from his body and act of their own free will
Kakuzu had greater battle experience than all of the shinobi fighting him
In the end, was Kakuzu's death a troll?
Kakashi was also another person who could use all elements, though not on the same scale as Kakuzu (though his main affinity, lightning, was superior to Kakuzu's.)
Kakuzus hearts could separate from his body and act of their own free will
The konoha shinobi also had numbers on their side to combat him and each heart.
Kakuzu had greater battle experience than all of the shinobi fighting him
The Konoha shinobi had at least one genius level shinobi with them to aid in their battle, Kakashi, who was also adept in battle.
In the end, was Kakuzu's death a troll?
In this fight he wasn't exactly trolled since he did lose due to his own fault, though he only lost because he miscalculated against Naruto's signature use of shadow clones feints, which he has done against nearly every foe he's faced. He would have won had Naruto not arrived to use his rasenshuriken.
This is one of the most controversial fights of the entire NV where some say that Itachi had only lost because he was going easy on Sasuke and he also had his stamina reduced from sickness, and some say that Sasuke had grown to be more powerful than his brother at that time and ended up outlasting his brother to become victorious.
In order to avoid unnecessary flame wars, I am going to skip this fight altogether without any personal comment as to which I believe is what had actually happened.

The 6POP were used in great coordination to cover for each others weaknesses.
Nagato always liked to keep his identity and abilities hidden from the rest of the world in order to have the element of surprise.
Naruto was able to fight and win against the 6POP with the help of 3 boss summons, Ma and Pa, Hinata, and Kuramas chakra, but, in the end, was this whole fight a troll against Pain?
This was nullified since he separated them when he attacked a whole village, who could learn more about their weaknesses since the pathes weren't able to cover for each other.
Nagato always liked to keep his identity and abilities hidden from the rest of the world in order to have the element of surprise.
In the fight with the leaf, hoowever, while they did not expect it, they were able to gather enough information about pain during their battle to relay the info to Naruto who used the info to his advantage.
Naruto was able to fight and win against the 6POP with the help of 3 boss summons, Ma and Pa, Hinata, and Kuramas chakra, but, in the end, was this whole fight a troll against Pain?
Because this was a fight between everyone in the leaf who was trying to protect Naruto, and Pain lost to Naruto due to his lack of judgement and Naruto's intel on his abilities and overall cunning with his clone jutsu, this fight was a legitaimate win for the Leaf village. Since no one ever had full knowledge of Pain's abilities and was unable to defeat him, it makes it even more convincing that it wasnt a troll against Nagato because it further emphasises the power of intel and preparation, even against something as powerful as the rinnegan.
Plz no flaming.
