Minato started the Rasengan from SCRATCH! No one helped him. He basically created the base version of the TBB. That is original, he's not a tailed beast man, or a jinchuriki, do you know how hard is must of been to create? And since Minato is one of the smartest shinobi out there, it still took him three years to create.

He created Edo tensei, an imperfect version and hat S/T... which we know nothing about, so people saying he was a copy of Tobirama, remember who's more relevant, who we've actually seen more of, and who created more jutsu. Tobirama is just a sideman to Hashirama, but since he has a pretty large fanbase for an irrelevant character, I understand the bias U_U

I explained Oro when I was talking to Blaze... He just steals forbidden techniques and derives other jutsu. He does have a good handful of created jutsu though. His immortal jutsu? Not going to last since Sasuke would whoop on his ass.
