The list seems pretty good, though a few changes might benefit it. Move up Sasori, Deidara and Kakuzu, move Sakumo down, move Tsunade down and the list is solid. Remove Sick Itachi as whole. Move Konohamaru down.

Also, i'm glad you acknowledge Kisame's strength unlike most. Nice thread.

In the medical ninjutsu she is High Kage level. I don't see why he should move her down.

Basically the only character I actually care about is Zabuza, so I disagree with a lot of the characters placements, but I'm just going to say that Zabuza should be up to high jounin tier, he can defeat Darui....

Darui shits on Zabuza in every aspect. Lightning black panther>all Zabuza's suiton. Darui's Raiton infused blade>Executioners blade, and has already somewhat proven it against Suigetsu (although he's not as skilled as Zabuza in kenjutsu, it would have broke in anyone's possession with or without the crack). Darui is a bad choice for Zabuza, but other then that, I agree he's high jonin level.

1. Naruto without Kakashi's help had no chance against Obito who managed to hold his own against all four of them. Sure Bee wasn't fighting but neither was Gedo Mazo. Naruto can't seal Edo Madara and Madara is too versatile, experienced and intelligent for Naruto even if they are on roughly the same levels. Him having mastery over EMS and the ability to use mokuton (bijuu's weakness) as well as preta path negates most of Naruto's attacks.

2. Nagato has sensory abilities, flight and animal summons (linked vision) so I think he can react just fine. Your counter may work but spamming that many attacks will require a ton of clones which will drain Naruto's chakra very fast. Chou shinra tensei and Gedo Mazou will trouble Naruto's clone army.

3. Obito can warp away when frog song is being casted so he is safe. Obito casually breaks genjutsu. Minato beat an Obito who didn't use izanagi. Izanagi combined with intability is very haed.

4/5. Yeah Joki is a funny guy.

6. Weren't Oro's arms sealed when he fought four tailed Naruto?

7. Lee and Temari beat Kiba with low-mid difficulty IMO. Kiba could potentially push Zabuza to mid difficulty but I think some people in the low jounin tier such as Kurotsuchi are above him.

1. The whole reason Naruto would hit Obito on his own would be due to Shunshin and Kage Bunshin. Both he wasn't able to use. (All the debris stopped him from using shunshin, and by the time he could they had already found out Kakashi could use kamui to hit obito which is easier). Save Madara thing for the thread, i countered all of that.

2. Sensory wont due much against Naruto's Shunshin. He literally can't react. Nagato's Kuchiyose is countered by Naruto's Kuchiyose. And i only factor in Gedo Mazo without Biju's, otherwise Nagato would be in God Tier +. And im not sayin Naruto is outright better. Im just saying this Naruto would beat Nagato at the same diff Current Naruto would beat Edo Madara, Max diff.

3. Gama Ranbu can't be casually broken. If obito wants to warp away then he has to know when its coming, a luxury he wont have. If Rinnegan Obito use's Izanagi then he can no longer use Kamui.

6. He was using them. The Sealed oro im referring to is the one where he literally can't use them. E.g refer to Sanin fight.

Alright, now tell me why is Tsunade in high Kage tier? She is clearly the weakest out of the 5 actual Kages and she's not mainly a fighter. She should be a low kage tier, that's what she is.

I, and many others have said so. Why shouldn't she? Because you say so? Most things you say come across as hypocritical, you may want to work on that

Tsunade lacks versatility and speed, all she has is strength and healing, and she can't keep up with the other High Kage Tiers, e.g. MS Obito, Raikage, 2nd Mizukage, MS Sasuke, Itachi.

Mid Kage tier is fine for her

This. I feel the Akatsuki members could take Gin, Kin, Gaara, the 2nd Mizukage and so on.

That's why i feel Sasori, Deidara and Kakuzu should be moved up whilst Tsunade moves one tier down.

Obito really needs to move up, Sick itachi needs to be removed

Thanks for pointing that out. As for Tsunade, I think she should stay where she is but I'll add part 1 Tsunade to high jounin/low kage tier if you like.

Yeah, she can do that, then slip into a nice comfortable coma. I don't see how you think support powers like that affect this list, as it is a list about fighting prowess. That's like saying Karin should be Kage tier because of what she can do.

She didn't even fight Pain during the Pain invasion arc she just stood back and let everyone do the job for her, she's a disgrace for the past kage generations and should be low kage
