Naruto
An hour prior to when he was born,he had a morderate and equal amount of (ying and yang),probably inherited his mom's specail chakra.but getting kurama sealed in him,messed up his chakra real bad.but that aint the real problem;
Minato sealed the ying part of kurama within himself and RDS.so the fox started feeding on naruto's portion of ying from day1.thats why he cant perform gengutsu,his ying and yang are inbalanced.his yang dwarfe's his ying now that he's friends with kurama,if kurama had FULLY recorvered from having his ying,dont quote me wrong,kurama is almost there from acting as a symbiont to naruto for 16yrs,but the ratio of naruto's ying to yang is ENOUGH to go into sennin mode.but i doubt kurama can,if kurama continue to mold his ying from naruto,and complete's his.naruto would be OP,so thats why he cant do SM in BM.
Sasuke
I believe sasuke has THE SAME amount of ying madara has,kurama highlited it,tobi had also done on so many account.the reason why i said this is because yang inreases the quantity of your attacks,but ying increases its quality.a valid example is enton.sasuke increased the quality of a normal fire to an unquentiable annihilator.madara cant,but the supposed reason he could stabilize susanno is or might be because of the xtra chakra boost he get's from being a edo or having hashi's cell.but only sasuke is the living ninja that supossedly has the largest amount of ying,therefore dwarfing his yang.so sennin mode is outa the question.
