Most formidable Genjutsu user known. Obtained a Mangekyou that was known to have the strongest gen in naruto. Unfortunately Kishi hasn't released any background info, or any battle tactics/moves on Shishui Uchiha. However he was an Anbu, and was held in very high regards by Leaf officials/Uchiha officials

He actually wasn't a genjutsu master, he just has the ultimate genjutsu which is sort of like a double edged sword as it can only be used every 10 years. But it makes the person you use it on follow any one command you give them. It seems like it should be used more politically rather than in battle as it can only be used once every 10 years.
